Series 1 contains the first 30 chapters of the book “Wave”; – the book is 82 chapters long. The fans on the ground spin in the wrong direction in terms of blade orientation in several episodes. Spinning this way doesn’t push or pull air. Featured on WatchMojo: 10 Best TV Shows of 2023 You Need (2023). I really liked Silo. Just my kind of series. I love mystery and suspense. I haven’t read or heard of the books Silo is based on. The story is good and interesting. The series takes place 140 years after the apocalypse. The 10,000 people left now live in the silo, and these people have never been outside the silo. They don’t even know what stars are. However, they know that leaving the silo is fatal. Some people decide to go out to find out more, but they always die. Those who remain in the force can witness through the window whenever someone wants to go out and see how and when they die. Rebecca Ferguson plays Juliette Nichols, who tries to find out what’s outside the silo and why they can’t get out without dying. The performances are good, as is the character development. However, the pacing can be a bit slow as there are several filler episodes. They could certainly have shortened the series by at least two episodes, but I don’t mind that much because the series as a whole is so good. I’m looking forward to a second season with more suspense, mystery, and answers to what’s going on outside the silo!
