Paddington w Peru 2024 HC.BRRip Torrent
Paddington returns to Peru to visit his beloved Aunt Lucy, who now lives at the Bear Retirement Home. With the Brown family in tow, a thrilling adventure ensues as a mystery takes them on an unexpected journey. Director of the previous two films, Paul King, decided not to direct this installment. However, he pitched the idea for this third film and was involved as an executive producer. Starring in The Graham Norton Show: Billy Crystal/Emily Mortimer/Hugh Bonneville/Pharrell Williams/Michael Kiwanuka (2024). With "Paddington" now happily settled with the "Brown" family and with his own British passport, everything is going smoothly until he receives a letter from faraway Peru. The matron of the Bear Retirement Home (Olivia Colman) is concerned that "Aunt Lucy" is losing the plot a bit. Aware that they are gradually growing apart, "Mary" (Emily Mortimer) decides that what they all need is the thrill of a road trip – so they head into the jungle. There they meet "Capt. Cabot" (Antonio Banderas), who runs a local riverboat with his daughter "Gina" (Cala Tous), and who agrees to take them on a cruise. They arrive at their destination only to find that the elderly bear has gone missing, and they soon find themselves in the middle of a sinister machinations that could lead them on a dangerous journey to the famous El Dorado. Of course, there is a legendary treasure to be found, "Paddington" is not quite sure who he can trust as the trail leads him deeper and deeper into the wilderness! This is a fun adventure, but it is a bit slow, there is not much humor, and the plot is a bit derivative with a lack of a bear and too many "Jungle Trips" (2021) meets "Sound of Music" (1965) for that matter. I thought Banderas and Colman messed it up a bit, and there wasn’t quite the coziness of the family escapades either, with much less opportunity for Dame Julie Walters to get actively involved. The whole story feels a bit disjointed without the charm of the two previous film outings for the Michael Bond character. It’s still a watchable and entertaining enough family film, but I’m not sure I’ll remember it for long. Stick to the credits – there’s a nice little cameo from you-know-who.
