Jean Reno filmed scenes for the film, but they were cut entirely from the finished film. I gave myself time to think about this film, as I value my precious time… if it were possible, I would not only demand a refund from the Zurich Film Festival, but I would also file a claim for damages for my precious hours wasted. I must admit that Nicole Kidman’s acting style does not resonate with me (certainly The Hours remains her one and only masterpiece in my opinion), so I was intrigued and curious to witness the reasons behind the Volpi Cup Best Actress award at the recent Venice Film Festival. I found the film "Babygirl" to be absurdly boring, vulgarly ridiculous, incredibly boring, as it lacked a spark of sensuality due to its unconvincing performances and weak and predictable storyline.
