It tells the story of three very different families competing to buy the same 1920s Spanish-style mansion that they think will solve all their problems.. Denis Leary and Ray Romano appeared in the Ice Age franchise (2002-present).. 6.8 in rating, why!? I would give it 8.5 if possible. I devoured it as a 24-hour period. Ok, a bit cheesy at times, but I really like the cast and acting, it feels warm and sincere, and the murder mystery is interesting enough with a little twist without everything being sad and pathetic. The story is light and entertaining, but has a certain amount of darkness due to the main story. Like a nice, but not too expensive piece of dark chocolate, topped with strawberry frosting. Try it and you won’t be disappointed. Don’t expect crime drama or true realism. This is a cute comedy with a dark note..
