He is actually a very accomplished and talented musician
Through the elevator scene in the first episode, the viewer learned that CHS lived above Oliver, who in turn lived above Mabel.

BUT in the opening scene, CHS is in an apartment on the 7th floor, Oliver on the 8th, and Mabel on the 9th – in reverse order and way below CHS’ actual apartment floor within the series.
Add to that the wonderful Nathan Lane and now Sting (!), and after just 3 episodes, I’m completely hooked
We all know Steve Martin and Martin Short can produce comedic gold together, but who could have predicted that Steve Martin and Selena Gomez would have such incredible chemistry?
