I enjoyed this film, even though this wasn’t a film I would have seen in the theater
Saw this film as one of those mystery films where you don’t know what you’re seeing until you get there. I had a few tearful moments and to realize that half the cast was the actual prison theater crew was impressive.
I was about to walk out when I found out it was Sing Sing, but the film held my attention and kept me in my seat until the end
Again, the cast was mostly prisoners who were part of the theater group and they actually did a really good job considering that the only experience they had was in prison.
